Cheese Bread

1/4 lb natural Swiss cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

2 teaspoon sugar

2 packages yeast

1 cup margarine

1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese

4 1/2 cup sifted flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup warm water

6 beaten eggs

Cut the room temperature Swiss and cheddar cheese to 1/4” cubes and set aside.  Have eggs at room temperature.  Sift flour with sugar and salt.  Dissolve yeast in warm water.  Cream margarine and add eggs and yeast water.  Gradually add flour mixture.  Beat till satiny.  Stir in cheese cubes and Parmesan.  Cover and let rise till double in bulk.  Gently stir down.  Let rise again and then put in a well greased tube pan.  Let rise once more till double in bulk.  Bake in (350°F) about 40 minutes.  Let cool about 20 minutes before removing from pan.
