Chicken Dish Basted with Wine

Lemon juice

Oregano

Lawry’s spaghetti seasoning

3 tablespoon flour

Chicken

Butter

1 cup Rhine wine

Cornstarch

Rice



Squeeze lemon juice over one cut-up fryer and sprinkle with oregano.   Let marinate for 2 hours.  Mix one package of Lawry’s spaghetti seasoning with 3 tablespoons of flour and dip chicken in this mixture.  Butter a flat pan and put chicken in.  Dot each piece with butter and bake at (350°F) for 30 minutes.  Thicken gravy with cornstarch and serve with rice.
