Aubrey’s Chili 1 pound ground beef 25 ounces tomato sauce 2 medium onions, chopped 3 tablespoon chili powder Big pinch salt 25 ounce can beans (red kidney or pinto) 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 teaspoon sugar |

Brown meat in 2 or 3 qt. sauce pan. Add onion, Pureed with liquid from beans if you like, chili power, pepper, salt, and sugar. Add beans and tomato sauce– bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally. ENJOY
