Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls

4 1/2 to 5 cup flour

1 cup milk

1/3 cup sugar

1 package yeast

1/3 cup margarine

1/2 teaspoon salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups of flour and the yeast.  In a small saucepan heat the milk, 1/3 cup margarine, 1/3 cup sugar and salt just till warm (120°-130°F) and margarine is almost melted, stirring constantly.  Add to flour mixture, then eggs, one at a time.  Beat with mixer on low speed for 30 second, scraping sides of bowl constantly.  Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.  Using a wooden spoon, stir in as much of the remaining 2 1/4 cup of flour as you can. 

                 Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface .  Knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately soft dough that is smooth and elastic (3 to 5 minutes total).  Shape into a ball.  Place in a greased bowl, turning once.  Cover: let rise in a warm place till double (about 1 hour).
