Italian  Meatballs

Meatballs

3/4 pound extra lean beef

1 cup fine dry bread crumbs

1 tablespoon parsley, minced

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 pound hot pork sausage

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

2 eggs, beaten

                                            Sauce

1 cup chopped onion

5 tablespoon olive oil

2 cans (8oz each) tomato sauce

2-6oz cans tomato paste

2 cup water

2 teaspoon basil

4 teaspoon salt

 


4 tablespoon parsley, minced

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Brown sugar to taste

1/2 cup ketchup

1 garlic clove, chopped

4 cans (1lb. 4oz each) tomatoes rubbed through a sieve

Sautéed mushroom (as many as you desire)

4 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup of water
