Italian  Meatballs

Meatballs

Lightly mix ingredients for the meatballs and shape into 1 inch balls.  Brown meatballs on all sides in hot fat.  Pour off fat as in collects.  Add to sauce 20 minutes before sauce is done.

                

Sauce

Sauté onion and garlic in oil.  Sauté mushrooms separately.  Add the remaining ingredients.  Simmer over low heat at least 1 hour.  Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture.  Place meatballs and sauce on hot spaghetti.  Serve with grated Parmesan Cheese.
