Jalapeno pie

2 or 3 canned, chopped Jalapeno Peppers

1 small can roasted, peeled green chilies, chopped

1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated

7 whole eggs, slightly beaten

Cover bottom of 9x12 baking dish, greased with margarine, with chopped peppers.  Make a layer of cheese about 1 to 1 1/2 inches on top.  Pour eggs on top and cook for 30 minutes at (325°F)  If you wish it to be more crusty, cook for 10 minutes more and cut in squares.   Great for brunch or with drinks in the evening.
