Lasagna

1 pound ground beef

1# 2 1/2 can tomatoes (3 1/2 cup)

8 ounce can tomato sauce

2 env.  Spaghetti sauce(1 1/2oz each)

plus 1 cup of water

2 cloves garlic

8 ounce wide noodles

1 1/2 oregano

8 ounces package mozzarella cheese

1 cup creamed style cottage cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Brown meat and spoon of excess fat .  Add next 4 ingredients under beef, cover and  simmer for 40 minutes.  Add oregano to this mixture and salt to taste.  Cook noodles in boiling water until tender and drain.  Rinse in cool water.  Place half of noodles in bowl, then part of the cottage cheese, part of the sauce, and part of the mozzarella cheese.  Repeat layers ending with sauce.  Top with parmesan cheese.  Bake (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.
