Salmon Loaf

2 eggs

1 pound canned red salmon

3 slices soft bread, cubed

1 teaspoon salt

¼ cup margarine, melted

1 ½cups milk

Beat eggs until light.  Drain salmon; remove skin and bones, and then flake.  Add beaten eggs and bread, salt, and margarine.  Heat milk to lukewarm; add to salmon mixture.  Mix thoroughly.  Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350F for one hour.
