Shrimp Ettoufé

2 pounds shrimp (medium or small)

12 ounces tomato paste

1 cup celery, chopped

1 large bell pepper

3 or 4 green onions 2 cloves garlic

1 stick Margarine

Salt and pepper

1-1 1/2 tablespoon parsley

1 medium onion

Creole seasonings

                 Melt margarine in sauce pan and add celery, bell pepper, green onion, onion, garlic.  Cook till tender and add tomato paste.  Blend and cook for 5 minutes.  Add shrimp and seasonings to taste.  Cover and cook on low heat for approx 15 to 20 minutes or till shrimp turns white.  Add water to thin if too thick.  Serve over rice.
